Suggestions?

i would appreciate any sort of insight that might help put my mind at rest till my next visit with the neurologist.

for about a year, i have experienced:

-left hand tremor (started in fingers but now my whole hand shakes at rest only. walking, playing guitar, playing xbox, it goes away)
-a volitional yet subconcious movement i do has been refered to as "pill rolling" which i do seemingly to ease or hide the tremor.
-stiff shoulder i cant lift my left arm beyond 90 degrees straight out to the left (this i noticed more recently)
-muscle aches left arm
-difficulty walking down stairs, up is ok not great though
-can't sleep most of the time
-i walk slower than i used to and have trouble keeping up to friends

and other things too, but those are the main ones. here's the catch. my neurologist says that this is not parkinson's disease, my thyroid (he suggested the tests) has proved to be in perfect order, a ct scan revealed mild atrophy, but not indicitive of anything, and the kicker of the whole thing is that i'm 28 years old! ideas?

thanks for your help!

Do you still have the same symptoms? Have they become worse or easier? Have new symptoms occurred for these 2 years? Have you made any other diagnostic procedures beside neurological examination and CT-scan of the head till now?
