HIYA my left testie is larger and more tender than my right but i cant feel a lump, is the lump a noticable feel or could it just flow with a swolen testie? Please help. Crying or Very sad P.S i'm scared.

Not all lumps are noticeable, but that doesn't mean you have cancer. There are many a problem that can happen to the testicles so don't think you have the worst. Plus, testicular cancer is HIGHLY treatable. Especially when caught early.

So whatever the problem is go to a doctor and find out. Testicle size can be different and isn't a sign in itself, but change is important to look for.
