Q: White Spot On Lip

I have a white circular mark on my outer lower lip that kinda looks like a blister. Its painless and doesn't bother me. I am 20 years old and have had it since i can remember. It seems like it may be getting larger. Any one know what it may be and if i can do anything to get rid of it?
