Make sure your anxiety isn't keeping you from eating, otherwise you'll feel worse and allow other symptoms to arise. Such as heartburn, weakness, etc. Things that will just make you feel worse and more anxious and have more "what if" thoughts. Back pain can often be referred pain, such as from acid reflux.

Look into Amoryn and Seredyn. I use Amoryn, and it works as well prescriptions. I've been on Xanax and Effexor before. They give horrible withdrawal effects, and for some bad side effects.

The key here is to realize that your physical pains are from the anxiety and not anything else. It is easy to become a hypochondriac with all the random physical pains that anxiety gives.

Realize which pains you get from anxiety and tell yourself that it's only the anxiety and you WILL get rid of the anxiety soon. Don't focus on each single physical problem because if you think about it, it will make things worse.

Practice deep and slow breathing. Do it often. Anxiety robs you of oxygen, so you can make up for that with the slow, deep, and relaxed breathing. Try it right now! If you are currently experiencing anxiety and are reading this post - stop for a second and take a SLOW, DEEP breath. You will see how much that helps.
