Q: Sleep Problems
asked by: rsaunders on August 26th, 2003

All my life I have had very vivid dreams. I talk, sing, kick, punch, and sometimes walk around in my sleep. I normally get 8 hours of sleep, but I am always tired. There are some weekends when I sleep for 30 hours or more and still feel exhausted. I don't think I ever arrive at deep sleep. This is affecting all areas of my life. Can anyone offer any advice? What is causing this and how do I make it stop? Taking over the counter sleep aids does not help. Thank you in advance.

Try This
Maybe you are getting too much sleep. I would sometimes sleep for a long amount of time and wake up and feel so weak. I finally started sleeping for like 6 hours at the most it has helped me alot. Drimk coffee, eat vitamins, energy drinks, set your alarm. If you really want your sleep habits to change then change them.

Sleep Problems
I have had problems with not feeling rested, snoring, able to take naps at any time. I went to a ear, nose and throat doctor. Soon I will be going to the hospital to do a sleep study for one night. The doctor thinks I have obstructional sleep apnea. The linings in my nose are enlarged and I have a severely deviated septum. This never entered my mind as a possible problem. I never reach my rem sleep as needed. Therefore I stay tired all the time. Also it makes you more prone to catching every little bug that comes along. You might want to try going to see a doctor. There is the possibility of having to be on a cpap machine that forces oxygen into your body. You have to wear it every night. It's either that or possible surgery. It definitely needs to be checked out.

Good Nutrition Huge Cause For Bad Sleep
Everybody I know that have tried these products, first thing they noticed is they now sleep better than they ever have. The products are made by reliv. I'm not just trying to sell these products because they sell themselves. It's the results that people get is why we try them in the first place. If you too want to feel better, well rested and sleep better than you ever have then please try these products. The cost is around $2 a day. I promise you will get results.
