Buy a glucose monitor. Test yourself in the morning and 2 hours after a meal.

Your results should be below 100 fasting and below 140 mg after a meal 2 hours.

To me it sounds like you are. I'm 23 years old and barely found out a month ago that I am Diabetic. I was like you that I didn't want to go to the doctor and I had the exact same symptoms. There was one day that I got really sick and ended up in the hospital. I was lucky I went in cause my sugar levels were off the chart! I could've ended up in a coma. But it's sad that it had to get that far. So please, just go to the doctor and get checked. Cause it will get worse. I even have to wear glasses now. So the sooner you catch it the better you're gonna be. I feel sooo much better now that I went and got the medical attention I needed and the medications. It is scary, but you'll get over it. I eventually did. And it's only been a little over a month that I found out! Please go get checked!

you really need to see a doctor cause these symptoms can be for other reasons.....although it sounds like it could be diabetes! It may be something else, do get this checked, diabetes can be controlled well when diagnosised!!!
