you did not give us enough info like are you having unprotected sex or are you already pregnant?

i am on birth control and i dont know if i am pregnant...i want to be but my man is not ready for a kid as he says...so i dont know...

have you missed a period? if so take a test.

i havent missed a period yet...i just had one a week ago...but i had my period up until i had a miscarriage the last time...tests always show up negative on me...

You could have a blood test if you are not sure. I got many pregancy symptoms on a particular BCP but did not turn out to be pregnant--I had a hard bulgy area over my uterus, huge water retention in my legs, sore enlarged breasts, strange food cravings & moodiness. It turns out hormonal birth control doesn't agree with my body and just freaks it out.

As far as the lactating, it can be caused by certain medications or a pituitary tumor (they're usually benign) that caused increased levels of prolactin. If your on a medication though, that might be the cause of the lactating.
