Hello everyone, About 3 weeks ago i was taking antibiotic for a kidney infection, i had full blood count done, and doctor said something about blood test for kidneys not normal and another blood result for bone marrow wasnt normal, iwas feeling rather ill when he was telling me all this, could anyone give me ideas of what this means, the doctor asked me if i eat a lot of meat? anyay ive had more blood tests and will get results next week, istill have bad back and abdominal pain i look pasty feel tired , any comment would be appreciated,x,x,x, Smile

Im not really sure where to help ya on that it could be anumber of things when they told you not normal , alot of the times they are lookin at the red and white blood cell counts etc. Thats how they tell an infection, but with the little info you shared I really dont know other then the fact somethings up with both the results wich is probably why he had you repeat them to see if it is still abnormal, Im sure he will go over the results more thouroughly (sp) this time around if they are still abnormal.

I'm not sure what the doctor means by meat unless he meant protein. Sometimes if there is too much protein in your urine it can be a sign of kidney problems. I hope everything works out for you. Let us know what you find out. Good luck.
