Hi, recently I've been having pretty severe anxiety, and in the past couple of days i've noticed that the veins in my tongue are swelling with pressure and a bit of pain where my tongue connects to my mouth. Could this be anything? I mean, instead of the edge of my tongue being smooth, there are bumps on the edge from the veins...it's a little scary. Any help would be wonderful!

If you are that concerned you should go to the doc. Its most likey nothing, but it dosent hurt to have it checked out. Alot of times with anxiety you see something and then it seems to get worse the more you think about it. I go through this all the time with myself. So, just try and relax, and go see a doctor if you can. good luck
