i may be experiencing the exact same problem... well, it started around 4 years ago, i was at home, then all of a sudden i felt pain in in the scalp area, like not inside my brain. since then, it started and continues.. i went to the doctor, cat scan, porffesional, nuero doctors, all came out negative. and on the scale of 1-10, i would say most of the time itll be 3-4, but some more severe. most of the time it helps when i apply pressure, well, anyways, after all taht time wasted and stuff, and no bad results, i just gave up, it still hurts like it did before but i am just dealing with it right now...

well, from hearing that it helps when she puts pressure on it, i am thinking its like the sculp area rihgt? outside the skull??

also, sometimes i can go on for a few weeks without it hurting, but sometimes it can hurt a lot in one day

Does your girlfriend drink alot of water? Dehydration can cause bad headaches. It may just be as simple as that.....
