Hello, i'm 17 years old and I'm extremely active. I play soccer, run, and work out during my free time. I'm 5'7 and about 150 pounds.

About 3 weeks ago i suffered a partially torn calf muscle, i don't remeber the specific muscle... it's on the side of my lower LEFT calf and controls foot movement i believe the muscle started with an S. Anywho... i was out for about 2 week and limped on my leg for the first week. At the end of the second week i attended soccer practice again and I was fine... a little stiffness but it was expected. During the game a day later, about 5 mins into the game i suffered an extremely painful leg cramp in my RIGHT hamstring, i sat the rest of the game out and streched the muscle regualry and took a hot bath after the game. There was some stiffness and I didn't go to practice the next day, it was canceled due to a tornado watch. I played a game on friday the second and my leg cramped up AGAIN in the first 5 mins of the game. Does anyone know why I'm suffering from this cronic leg cramp?

NOTE: I only drink water and gatoraid, and eat a banana with peanut butter after every practice and game. I'm usually careful about my diet but being a active 17 year old who works and parties, it's hard not to eat fast food.
