Q: Lower Back Pain

Hello there,..

FYI,.. I've had alot of back pain,. I've tried everything,. my last resort Massage Therapist,.. I was suffering from lower back pain off and on for a year or so,.. to my surprise, she says my pelivs was out of line,. she massaged ,. not sure exactly what she did,.. put it back in place (not sure how) but almost instantly the lower back pain was gone,.. strange but worth a try for anyone who hasnt' tried Massage Theraphy

Hi and welcome Halagonian!

Thanks for your advice. Yes, massage therapy is good if your back pain is muscle related. Muscle cramps and spasms can cause mild to severe pain... and massage is good for relaxing the spasming muscles.
