Q: Could I Be Pregnant?

Okay I am a little nervous on the whole idea of being pregnant. But I think maybe i could have gotten pregnant. My last normal period was on February 13, 2007. Me and my boyfriend recently had unprotected sex on the 20th and the 22nd of February in which both times he ejaculated in me. We also had other acts of sex during that week which we used withdrawal. I was set to ovulate on the 25th of February but i believe i actually ovulated on the 26th. However i heard sperm can live up to 5 or 6 days in the right environment. I stopped takin b/c pills about a week before i got my period so i was not on b/c wen he ejaculated or anytime this month. Lately ive been feeling a little different. My breasts are little sore and i have bloating in my lower abdomen. My breasts are also very itchy and i have been experiencing some nausea. I usually get swollen sore breasts before pms but it is way to early for that because i usually get that about 2 days before my period. Question I know it is too early to take a hpt so im going to wait until maybe next weekend. However i just wanted some more input on my chances of actually being pregnant. Thanks.

No one can really tell you if your pregnant or not, if you've already missed a period you can go ahead and test, do it in the morning because thats when it's most affective.

If you didn't want to get pregnant you really should of wore protection, any girl knows what not using protection can lead too.

There's also these pregnancy tests called "5 days sooner" It tells you 5 days before your missed period, ive taken it before and was pretty pleased with it.

Remember though, if it turns out you are pregnant make a doctors appointment asap so they can find out how far along you are and get you on prenatal vitamins.

ditto what .dalicia said. we can't tell you if you're pregnant or not. but yes, you could be. any time you have unprotected sex, even just once, there is a chance of pregnancy. all it takes is one time & one little sperm. first .response is pretty reliable, .i've found. i got a positive 3 days before my period was due.

but i also second .d's question.. if you didn't want to get pregnant, why'd you take the chance of having unprotected sex numerous times? especially letting him ejaculate in you?

do you want a baby, i get the feeling you do, otherwise why would you stop your birth control and let him go in you several different times? (repeating what everyone else said Laughing )

frustrating

I agree 100%!! Why would you take that chance? Anyway you could be pregnant but the symptoms are to early though. As far as I know the tender breast and nausea only sets in at bout 4 to 5 weeks.. But still thats not the point. I mean you actually sound like you would like to be pregnant but your just little scared? If you want to be pregnant then Ill hope for the best for you but if you didnt want to be then WHY!!!!

Its possible that you could be pregnant, but you're going to have to wait it out. Did you take the pills as soon as you remembered?
