Hello, I came to this site originally for research for my health website flexyourhealth.com but have found my self needing to post.

My mother has Lupus, since she was a little girl. Its so bad that the sun actually can kill her. She has to wear extreme amounts of sun block just to go outside and live a normal life. Infact, she is one of the reasons I bothered to open my site.

She has had two strokes because of stress and her Lupus and at one point was losing her toe nails. I opened flexyourhealth.com in order to help her and others like her find the proper information they need to live as comfortably as possible.

I just felt the need to express this, and let everyone know that I will be putting my best foot forward with my site to find the best possible solutions to Lupus and other health ailments.
