Many people are scared of blood and can’t stand to be in contact with real blood. In your case, fear of blood seems to make you feel frightened even if you see something similar to blood, like something made of the color red. You might be experiencing a phobia of blood. "Phobia" is defined as an abnormal fear; it is a kind of neurotic disorder that requires medical attention from a mental health doctor. You might want to talk to a mental health professional to talk about your phobia and consider ways to treat it.
