Has anyone used the Icy Hot or Tiger balm
for neck or back pain, and does it work? I
use to use it in sports but that was a
long time ago

Icy hot works pretty good for back pain
associated with muscle pain. I found
something that works even better though.
Its called BIOFREEZE and you can get it at
most chiropractors offices or order it on
the internet. I have tried everything out
there and this stuff is the best period.
Hope that healps you-I have suffered with
back pain for 6 years from a herniated
disc.

I use Icy hot all the time........I have
Fibromyalgia and oesteoarthritis in my
spine.
