I know the immediate answer will be to chuck the capsules...

I have PRO Performance branched chain amino acid 1800's soft gelatin capsules (L-luecine, L-isoleucine, L-valine). They have been in a cool dry place for many years. One container is opened, the other two are sealed. The capsules when cut open leak out their liquid contents. Therefore, the contents have not dried out.

However, the expiry date is 1995.

Question: Do the capsules still exhibit some level of potency and if they do, would anyone know at what percentage?????
