whenever i sit with my wife and start talking to her in a good mood, my penis gets hard .though i dont want to have sex but this thing happens almost everytime and after 4-5 minutes the stiffness stops and the pre-cum starts getting out of me. is it a netural thing for men. coz i m getting confused with this.also clothes that i wear are also effected with this.
