Q: Raynauds

Hi

I have secondary raynauds, with lupus and Ra. I have been having alot of attacks lately. Any suggestons on how to stop them. I have been under alot of stress lately which is probably the cause.

Would like to discuss with anyone.

Your correct that the stress will increase your flare ups.
