I twitch and stutter a lot, and I think that it getting worse and I don't know what to do about it does anyone think that I should see a doctor for this or what. the other thing that I have problem witch I need advise for is Itching and small bumps I don't know if it from stress and anxiety or what it is from someone please help?

Have you used recreational drugs in the past? I know that can cause twitching and what not years after last using some of them. Where are these bumps showing up???
