Hi I would like to share something with
you all of which some of you may find
crude but I would like to get a possible
professional opinion off someone who may
know. Ok, well I was driving home from
work the other night after a long shift, I
was feeling relatively comfortable if
anything a bit tired but truly not
expecting the following to happen. To cut
a long story short I sneezed and to my
surprise a little poo popped out into my
trousers. Now maybe if I had needed the
toilet at some point earlier on I may have
simply put it down to lazyness but I have
no memory of needing to spend a penny at
all during the day. Now, at the young age
of 25 I feel quite embaressed (as you can
imagine) but also worried that this is a
sign of poor bowel health or even possibly
age.
Could someone please help is this a
medical condition or just an unfortunate
accident.

I don't think its a sign of poor bowel
health. I think maybe it may have been a
fluke thing or a 1x thing. I wouldn't
loose any sleep over it unless it
continues to happen on a regular basis.
Hey those sneezes are powerful ya know?!
Haha

As a mid 30's man I can say- no worries.
It does happen to ALMOST everyone. If it
is repetitive then get to a dr. but
otherwise, no biggie.
