When I was on the pill not yours in particular but Cyclessa.. I had those deep abdominal pains before,while and after. I didn't spot though. Hmmm..I think your gonna have to talk to a doctor maybe they might change the Birth control your on...There are many out there..I pray you feel better good luck girl...
