ive tried giner, but it doesnt help me at all. the taste just makes me worse. peppermint does help a bit...but any other suggestions?

Just found this post, sorry no one answered. To stop nausea in our home, we place a wet, rung out washcloth (COOL) underneath your throat and hold in place. Rerinse in cold water as needed. Not sure why but this works for us!
