Trasnlation:
She's a 24 year old female (pt? unsure as to meaning) with severe pain (8 on the pain scale) around the right kidney for 2 days. This came on suddenly, along with dark vaginal bleeding, starting 20 days after beginning of her cycle. This has never happened before. She's been on contraceptives for 3 years with no other medicines. She has also had diarhheah for two days ever since the kidney pain started.
I have no idea what this is. It could be pid (pelvic inflammatory disorder) though normally there is headache and fever associated. I'd say the er is her best bet. It sounds rather to my like what my normal period is like, but obviously this isn't so in her case.
It could also be ovulation pain perhaps, but it seems rather sever for that. It may even be an ectopic pregnancy...
The diarrhea is most likely caused by the pain. That happens to me too; long term pain can cause an upset in the lower digestive system. Before I got on birth control myself I would have severely painful periods, and diarrhea. Boy, doesn't that sound pleasant?
