24 y/o pt. female. 8pain around R kidney
x2days.sudden onset. vaginal bleeding.
blood is dark. 20days after beginning
cycle. no hist. contracept x3yrs. no other
meds/supp. diarreha x2days.
dx?
she called me (im only an EMT) and i sent
her to the ER. does anyone know what this
is?

What does she take for pain? Ibuprophen?
That could accout for the bleeding
depending on the amount. Pain at right
kidney could be a stone or gallbladder or
appedix. Could even be kidney cysts but
rarley cause pain. Sending her to the ER
was a good course of action
