Q: Lower Back Pain After Eating.

For the last few days about twenty mknutes after eating I experience severe lower back pain, not connected with any numbness or tingling, a nd no pain radiating down the leg. It lasts for about two hours, and then slowly goes, leaving me with soreness in the lower lumbar region. Any ideas on what could be casing this?

Did you notice if it worse after you eat a fatty meal?
