Hi everyone, I'm on Seasonique. I am on the 3rd pack and I missed 3 pills at the end of the 2nd week. I had unprotected sex the day before I missed a pill and then on the third day of a missed pill. I didn't make up the 3 pills that I missed and just started taking it on the day I remembered which was just this passed Sunday. I am now cramping and bleeding and the blood is clotty. I have 5 days left of active pills before I begin the placebos when I'm supposed to get my period.
My question is, is the bleeding and cramping I'm having now a full menses? And if it is, could I still be pregnant?
Being pregnant wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing right now, my fiancee and I were going to start trying shortly after our wedding in May.

Thanks in advance!

Because you missed three pills, you may be pregnant. But the type of spotting you are describing does not sound typical of that which happens during a pregnancy. I would give it a full 4 weeks and then test.
