Q: Worried About Being Pregnant While On Ortho Tryciclen

I hope this post makes sense, i have never written on a message board before. But im still curious about my question.
I just started on the BC pill on the 11th of february, and i was told to wait 2 weeks before having unprotected sex... well i had unprotected sex about 1-2 days before the 2 week date. I have also missed one pill and havent been totally consistent on the time of day that i take it (maybe like 80%? of the time im consistent). According to an online ovulation calculator i ovulated on the 25th of February which was exactly 14 days from my 2 week date of beginning the pill. I have gotten pregnant about one year ago and ever since then i get very paranoid about it happening again. Im just nervous and wondering what my chances are that i could be pregnant since ive been careless with taking my birth control pill and this is only my first month that i have been on it.

For timing, you need to take pills within 6 hours of the same time each day, or they count as missed. So if you normally take them at 8 am and don't take one until 2 pm, then it is "missed".
