I hope this post makes sense, i have never written on a message board before. But im still curious about my question.
I just started on the BC pill on the 11th of february, and i was told to wait 2 weeks before having unprotected sex... well i had unprotected sex about 1-2 days before the 2 week date. I have also missed one pill and havent been totally consistent on the time of day that i take it (maybe like 80%? of the time im consistent). According to an online ovulation calculator i ovulated on the 25th of February which was exactly 14 days from my 2 week date of beginning the pill. I have gotten pregnant about one year ago and ever since then i get very paranoid about it happening again. Im just nervous and wondering what my chances are that i could be pregnant since ive been careless with taking my birth control pill and this is only my first month that i have been on it.
Thank you, any feedback would be appreciated

Well, you only actually need to wait 1 week before having unprotected sex on most pills. As for missing one pill, you're probably fine as long as you took it later on. For timing, you need to take pills within 6 hours of the same time each day, or they count as missed. So if you normally take them at 8 am and don't take one until 2 pm, then it is "missed".
