have anyone heard of plant sterols, aka phytosterols? they are known to reduce cholesterol significantly without any side effects. my mom and aunt started taking these daily packettes that they have bought from me and their blood test shows a 40 points drop in LDL and increase in HDL over 2 months time. If anyone is having trouble with cholesterol, I can help. if you want to see the FDA paper, ask me for it.
