i have a bump on my vagina lip and everytime i start my period it comes back and hurts what do you think it could be

i think you need to go to the doctor, it could be a number of things

i know i use to get bumps when i had my period, then i tried tampons and relized that it was the pads, i cant have stuff like that touching my skin because i have such sensative skin

or it could be an std or ingrown hairs or any number of things

we cant tell you for sure what it is
