few months ago my right knee got twisted and I was suffering from sever pain for atleat 1 week. I went to the doctor and he told me that my joints are weak and I would require to do exercise regularly and a have a good diet. But im not atall doing any exercise and my diet is good.
after that incident mostly in the night my leg pain but not to severely however I have to press my leg so that I do not feel any pain. In the office sometimes I press my leg below my hip so that I can feel comfortable. I have visited doctor several times and they say that you are absolutely normal. No idea what to do.
Im thinking to start playing some sport so that it will be better I hope so. Any suggestions.
