Q: Chlamydia Liar?

Dear doc,
i'd been confirmed with chlamydia recently. Started showing symptoms like clockwork... 6 weeks after initial contact with a new partner. We'd been having unprotected sex multiple times over those 6 wks.

My concern now is that I found out that my partner's test came back neg. I was certain she had to have been the one that gave it to me. After all, I showed symptoms 6 weeks after we started having unprotected sex. My last sex partner before her was over a year ago and then with a long term girlfriend of 5 monogomous years. I did kissed only one other girl 3 months ago, but my symptoms were not on my mouth but on my penis via burning urination. I know symptoms could be latent for a while but it's odd that I started getting symptoms 6 wks after sleeping with this new girl.

It's baffling enough that she supposedly was not the one that gave it to me... But what's even more baffling is if I am positive, why did she not contract it from me during our frequent unprotected sex? Her test came back negative.

Is that possible?? I'm wondering if she's lying! If not, I'd like to keep dating her. Perhaps her results were incorrect?

-very confused

Re: Chlamydia Liar?
Ok....Did you have unprotected sex with both girls, or what?

Did you physically see the lab result form- with negative on it- and what the test was for? Unforunately, people do lie when it comes down to things like this.

Lucky for you, it's cureable. Imagne what it could have been..
One of them is lying, unless there is a 3rd party you forgot to mention- which i doubt- There is no other way to catch Chlamydia- except sexually. But yes- one of them is lying. Tell them you want to see the test results for yourself. If she has nothing to hide- then everything should be .O.K. if she's hesitatent...then you have something to worry about. You have a right to know. If I was her- I would not be mad if you asked-- you have a reason to know- if I am sexually active with you. plus-- if she truely cares/values you- she will let you see.

What is your gut instinct telling you? Is she \/\/horish? Has she lied before? Have you caught her cheating? Something is making you question this..?

Keep me informed. I am useful for "debates" lol
