I have two quick questions to ask.

1) I am a 17 year old male, great metabolism, and healthy eating; how can I take muscle-mass down but keep the "sculpted" look. I don't like being bulky I just want the trim that I have without the mass. Any diets for this possibly? Not "fat" loss, "bulk" loss.

2) I did horrible my freshman and sophomore year of high school. I am now a Junior and am rapidly trying to come back. I realize I won't be able get into any extremely "nice" medical schools, but I REALLY want to go into an advanced physical medical practice. I have loved medical fields my whole life and my whole family is part of it too, just not very far in. My head goal is to become a Vascular surgeon or Cardio Thoracic surgeon. I love physically working with anatomy.

I'm smart, hard working, and have the will to do it. But how quickly can it be done with this horrible high school start? Where do I begin? I don't want to finally be ready at 38-40 years old =[.

Thanks - Shawn.
