I have a really bad upper back with pain,
which causes neck pain which causes
Headaches.... I have had it since I was
12. I try not to take a lot of over the
counter meds but I endup having to almost
everyday....maybe 4 a day. Does anyone
else take over the counter meds everyday
and what could I do instead? I dont want
perscriptions because I am scared that
they will do more harm then good, but Im
sure what I am doing right now is not good
for me either.

Have you tried going to a clinic for pain
management. There are places that use
bio-feedback and other stuff to help
manage pain. Try it.
