Q: a Breakthrough Way to Healthy Weightloss

I have lost over 10 lbs and 3 inches on my waist in as little as 7 weeks. I gained lots of energy during the process and didn't have to starve myself. I just follow a simple plan, 3-2-1. Not only do I get energy, I have lost the weight that I could have never done on other diets nor exercise. I realized how balanced nutrition is the key to a healthy weight. So if anyone is interested, I will be glad to let you know how I have done it.
