Hi. I'm Joy. I'm new here... My grandfather suffered from a stroke recently and I've started learning mroe about heart diseases and taking care of your heart.

I came across this podcast on the Whole foods site and found it sorta useful. Check it out.. they have a few podcasts on other topics as well..
