Have you asked yourself, "Why do I get acne? Is it something that I ate? Or is it because of my hormone imbalance?" The reason why our face have acne is often related to our liver. The food that we ingest everyday isn't 100% clean, so most of the detoxification is done our liver. If too much toxins are in your body and cannot be handled by your liver (or if you have bad liver), then these toxins will be expressed onto your face. It's not about what you can put on your face so your acne goes away temporarily. You have to start thinking about what you are eating, and if you are drinking alcohol, or staying up all night--all of these causes serious damage to your liver. My friends have acne everywhere, now her conditions improve so much that I could hardly recognize her. She simply watches what she eat and undergoes a cleansing program. If anyone is still reading this, you can email me or PM me so I can HELP with your needs.
