I am new to this forum and so far I have read about 20 topics and they all lead to the same problem --- your diet, which can be corrected quite easily with the proper program and your dedication. For example, if you always eat fast food and junk food, your penis will become useless (as you've seen in "Super Size Me"). Chemical imbalance in our brains leads to impotence. Poor blood circulation leads to penile dysfunction (due to lack of blood flow to your penis). Most of these "problems" are often diet-related. I see most of you want to solve the current problem, yet you have forgotten it took you many years to become the you are now.

One thing I would suggest is see a nutritional consultant and get your eating habits fixed. Doctors diagnose and treats your current problem, however, they lack the proper knowledge to keep you healthy. To those who are still reading this, I am here willing to help those who needs my suggestion. So don't hesitate to e-mail me or PM me. I can HELP.

I eat a good diet, junk food only occasionally(1 a week) in while and I still have sexual problems, dieting is a big part of the equation but its not the only thing to focus on...

I have Pe, currenlty seeing a sexologist to help me with this. Doubtfull you can help unless you went through this too.

you should try the start-stop technique. also checked to see if your prostate is normal, you should try taking saw palmetto and i know of this brand that has high reviews and good testimonials.

Yes, saw works very well for this as well, even those instances where PE is being caused primarily from anxiety during sex. It seems the more consistent blood flow that the herb creates has something to do with this and giving better muscle control.

Even organic varieties are relatively cheap and easy to find. You should be able to find it anywhere, but if you can get the Nature's Way brand. You may only be able to find it at a health store like Whole Foods, but it generally only costs around 8 bucks for a bottle of around 90 capsules. Depending on age, one or two should be all you need and there are no harmful side effects.

Maybe i can help you. I had pe too. I used masturbation and now i don't have pe. you see, i begin to masturbate but when i feel to cum i stopped. started again and then stop. I gradually made the elapsed time to 20 minutes and then ejaculate.
after a week i totally overcome pe.

exactly. I can go quite a while masturbating, its with my wife or before her, with other partners that you have pe.

I just starting supplementing with Saw Palmetto (sp?) and not sure how long its supposed to take to have any effect but I haven't noticed any improvement except that my dick does feel bigger and more full, erection is harder than normal, which makes sense as the Saw is supposed to help with blood flow.

Yeah the stuff im taking now contains saw and 5-htp for serotonin and a whole bunch of other stuff thats supposed to help, trying it tonight. Cant wait to see if it works.

what is the stuff you're taking and is it something that is supposed to work immediately? You say you're trying it tonight and can't wait to see if it works so I assume its supposed to work when you take it.

I listed all the things I took and bought over thr years, might be helpful to you.

Actually you have toi take last longer anywhere from 4-8 weeks before it takes effect but I feel it doing something already...refer to this thread "pc squeeze killed my erection"

website says you need to take this for 6 months to be cured. Thats like 250.00 bucks. Did you buy that much or just 1 bottle?

I just bought 1 bottle for now, if I see improvements after ive downed it all , Ill contnue, I read some comments that said people have had success after 2 weeks. Dont know if they are genuine or not...
