Okay, well I really have no clue about medical things. I am fairly young and me and my girlfriend have been going farther into our dating life... We have done everything except sex, but we have tried to put my penis in her...it hurt to bad so we stopped. I am 14 and she is 13...a couple of days ago she said her vaginal area was sore and had a little bump. A day or so goes by and the bump has gotten a lot bigger and pain is starting. Couple days go by and there are quite a bit of bumps and it's really painful to do alot of things...like pee and walk in a certain way. She is scared to ask her parents because of the reaction she might get. Please help...is this serious? What can we do?

Thanks!

Whether she has something serious or not, we can't say for sure since we can't diagnose her over the internet. It sounds like she should go to the ob-gyn.

If she is mature enough to be sexually active (or almost sexually active), then she needs to be mature enough to get checked. It is recommended that all girls go to the ob-gyn when they become sexually active even if they do not notice any problems at all. It's usually awkward to get checked and to ask parents for a ride there, but like I said, you can't really be ready for sex if you're not ready for the check up.
