Q: Genius....?

I want to know 'everything' I can in order to come as close to genius as possible...From supplements to education, tell me what you know, so we may put are minds together and learn not as one but as many....Smile

...Fine, let me tell you that when I was in elementary school, I never developed an interest in learning what the teachers wanted to teach us, because they always made it seem so boring. So, I never paid attention to them. My weird behaviour got to the point were one particular teacher called in a psychologist to test me for autism/ or some other learning disabilities.
I stead of having there beliefs confimed, they were left with embarrasment- because it turned out that I was a gifted child....

Some smart child I was....After my father was diagnosed with having schizophrenia (I was 17). I started partying and drinking. Soon after I became a drop-out, alone in my room, reading books while drinking beer and shots of vodka...that was my life for lets say a year (I was a lot more complex, obviously)

Anyways, Ive been sober for months now, started day school and evening school (five subjects a day), I exercise and 'try' to eat healthy...The brain laziness is has slowly faded...

NOW...I need to catch up and I need a brain awakening regime...you know what I mean, so please help? Thanks!

Hello there!
I'm not sure if one can become genius, but I can recommend a few things to sharpen up your mind a bit. You need to consume more lipid acid omega-3, I have read that it enhances braincells activity, eat healthy (fish lemon carrots etc.), play board games, play fast FPS games (Unreal tournament for instance) it speeds up brain reactions and eye movement reflexes, read hardcore or scientific literature (even if you dont really understand what it says), solve puzzles, do IQ tests, listen to music you like, move and last but not least breed fresh air - go hiking (brain needs lots of oxygen). Doing all this thing should give one a little bit psyhical and phyisical sharpness.

Well good luck to you becoming genius Smile
