Does anyone know how long to wait before using tampons after baby?? I guess it's pretty stretched.. I actually had a tampon flip right around lengthwise during my first period. When do we shrink back????

i never knew that but haha by the time i start a period i will prob be 3 mths post partum. been 2 mths now and still nada
