Hi, my name is emily and I am 20 years old. I am happily married to a man named elvoid, he's 25. We really want to try for children but I don't think I am fertil, I have not had a period since I was 12 years old, except for when I was on birth control. I was wandering if there is any sort of age limit on fertility drugs? If anyone knows I would love your advice, thank you so much.

there is no age limit on drugs but there is limit on what drugs is suitable for your body condition. so seeking a doctor's advice is vital.

You need to see an ob/gyn. You may have a medical condition causing your lack of menstruation. It could be anything: pcos, a thyroid condition, etc... You could just be underweight and not able to produce the hormones you need. Please contact a doctor-you need to have at least four periods a year or you are at an increased risk for uterine or ovarian cancer.

I agree with the others. You need to talk to a doctor before you declare yourself infertile and starting take medication for it. There could be something serious going on.

IVF - India
I am thinking of having IVF in India, it's much cheaper. Does anyone have experience of this and did it include all the fertility tests. I've been trying to conceive for 18 months. Realize I need to see a fertility clinic and find out the problem but I am on a limited budget. I'm British - just moved to the USA so at present without medical insurance. Would medical insurance cover fertility tests? Can anyone suggest what I should do. The clocks ticking very fast and would appreciate any sound advice.

Thanks
Lisa
