after car accident i had 3 damaged disks
that required surgery. now doctor says i
need at least 6 months for recovery. yet i
can't sleep, i can't find a comfortable
position, in pain and worse then before
the surgery as far as pain goes any suggestions
i
have physical theraphy 3 times a week and
try to exercise at home. but i need advise
as it seems i am not getting better.

Keep your head up I know what your going
through. Talk to your pain management
doctor if you have one if not get one. How
long has it been? I know things get worse
before getting better with surgery. I dont
want to worry you but my surgery failed
and I am way worse off now. This is the
chance you must take to try to have a
better life. As long as you have medical
insurance at least you can get another
surgery if needed. Remember thats a last
resort just if this surgery didnt work. If
it hasent been that long give it time. I
know how terrible it is. Best wishes to
