While avoiding triggers, i.e staying at home, how do I relax, keep myself occupied?
How long, if ever, will it be before I am able to socialise again without the little white crutch?
Will I ever be able to drink safely again, without risking the craving, and picking uo the phone?
Will I ever enjoy anything again without thinking 'this would be better with a line'?
Can I do this without professional help?
