no one would think your weak for wanting help , you would be really strong for having the courage to go ahead and ask. i was afraid when i asked my parents for help for my eating disorder, ic ouldnt like talk to them face to face so i wrote my moma a letter with the help of my bf at the time. it was the best thing i ever did . dont be afraid to ask for and get help

Hi,

Dont be afraid to ask for help...Just think of this...Who ever leave in this world that dont need help..Everybody needs help, even me needs help....Dont be afraid to ask...You are not weak to do that...You are a person, a human to do that...Dont be afraid...Just tell yourself this when a time comes that you are afraid to ask for help..."It's now or never"...

What you dont know wont hurt you...Hope that you overcome it girl.

God Bless!!!

hey there, I know excactly how you feel. It's not a very comfortable thing to just come out and tell people that you have a problem, but you defenetely need to take action thow. The way I did it was got help personally, without many people knowing. I called the NERT (negative emotional release treatment) centre and booked the appointment and just took the train down. Now that I've released all of my depression and anxiety, I feel that I can tell my story now, without them seeing me week and what not. Before I found this treatment, I was really trying to keep things secret, I would order things in the mail that tought me about depression and anxiety,, and I would wake up super early every day to check if the mail came,, cause I didn't want my family seeing what It was. If you want someone to talk about this with, or know more about how I was cured... feel free to chat with me... send me a personal message or something. .. take care

Hi there,

Please don't feel helpless. If you're not getting the help you think you deserve, go see another doctor until you find one that suits you. Yes, this may seem like an experiment, because to find the right therapy, whether it be therapist, GP or medicine is hard. It is kind of like trial and error, because no meds work the same way in different people. That's why people react differently to different medicines. Don't feel hopeless. Look forward to solving the problem.

Try everything that may help you. Think ahead. What would you like to be 5 years from now? That helps you stay motivated. Don't dwell in the moment.

I would like to help you the best way I can. Feel free to talk if you want to.

Take care. Best of luck.
