im looking for some help. i recently (2 days ago) noticed some small itchy red bumps on my arms- mainly underneath my forearms. that day all i had eaten up to that point was a peanut butter and cracker snack - i am not alergic to peanuts - i thought they would just go away but they remain. i didnt get into anything that would cause the breakout that i know of, and my family didnt switch detergents. i dont know where elso to turn (besides my doctor) i have just applied cortisone and it seems to be increasing the icthing sensation. any ideas?
