I'm very sorry in advance if I bother you,
specially because you
certainly have a lot of people with real
disease. I will try to keep
suckers as possible. I'm 29, from Croatia,
right now on work in
Austria for 1 year. Everything is ok and
fine with me, feel healthy,
I have even made all basic medical
examination needed before I went
here, so that my inssurance is valid.
(x-ray of lungs for example) And because
of that I don't want to bother any doctor
here in foreing country with no reason,
specailly because I enjoy my time and work
here and it's certainly not in my interest
to be ill. So enough of introduction.
So now about 3 and a half months ago, I
removed 2 moles that looked ok
and not dangerous from doctor's and
specialist's opinion, by
radiosurgery.(they were both small and not
dark) Anyway after that it looked to me
that on one place where mole was removed,
or little above it, something is bolted (I
hope it's the right word in English,
swolen) or at least looked
different or larger then on the other side
of my body. (i know it can sound very
stupid, specially to hear from somebody
who has PhD in math, and
suppose to be clever, and of course I know
the body is not simetric)
Well maybe it was there before, not to do
anything by removing mole,
but before surgery I didn't take attention
to that part of body. Well
what my doctor in Croatia said (and it was
at the beginning of January, and I have
asked for other's doctor opinion and was
told the same) that everything is ok, that
my lymph nodes are not any larger or
bolted (swolen), and that I shouldn't
worry, that everything is normal. And I
wouldn't worry, the doctor is my parent's
good friend, and I believe he would take
it seriously, but if possible would like
to here somebody other's opinion or how to
make some testes to be 100% sure
and would like to know should I do
something or not. I mean doctor
asked me for example if something hurts
me, but when I think about it
when something starts to hurt me, it can
be too late. Hope you
understand the main reson why I want some
opinion to be sure is
because you can read so many things on the
Internet, like it can be
dangerous etc...that if it's tumor or
something it has to be
diagnosed as soon as possible, that people
have to examine themselves, and similar
things. But of course my inssurance won't
spend money on
tests that my GP thinks are not
neccessary. (for example one one place on
internet i was able to read if mole that
was melanoma was removed with radiosurgery
it's almost sure the deatch for patient)
Thank you in advance for any info or
advice. just to say that 2 moles
removed were below my left armpit. Also 2
weeks ago I have felt some
very light pain in my chest near that
place, but it passed right away.
Something similar I felt today too. But of
course it's not the pain you usually go to
see doctor for. I really hope I have wrote
it without reason and with no reason to
worry, thank you for listening me. To add
2 things that might be irrelevant, first I
gained about 20 pounds weight last year,
and sometimes it seems muscles on my arm
hurt me, but maybe it can be of too much
work in from of computer, sitting andnot
exercising.
Actually it would be good if somebody from
Austria read this to give me some advice
because if i call some doctor here, it
would be very hard to explain on english
and i still don't speak german...
