Q: Can I Get Pregnant???

Confused

so i'm totally confused. just a run down. and every comment would help. i've been having unprotected sex since age 12. it's never been to a point that a male has ever ejaculated inside of me until recently (jan. 23 07). we decided that we wanted to have a child. he penetrated deeply for a long period of time and it "felt" as if his sperm was swimming around in my insides. the next day i started my period. horrible cramping and all. i went immediately to the doctor because i had already had my period jan 1 - 3, 2007. the doctor said it was probably stress and blah..but took a blood test and it came back negative if i was pregnant.

you could sort of say i had pregnancy symptoms. breasts were tender, always tired, cravings for things i never really ate & plus he ejaculated inside of me a few times so why wouldn't i think so. so here i am feb. 20 (nearly a month) and my period is here again. heavy cramping, heavy bleeding. breast a tad bit tender...my questions???

-is it possible the first bleeding jan. 23 was from a miscarriage?
-am i having a miscarriage now feb. 20?
-am i not able to conceive?
-is this type of thing normal?

i've taken only 2 tests. one ept (negative) and the one the doctor gave me back on jan. 24 (negative). could their be something else wrong? has anyone experienced this sort of thing. please let me know.

There is no way you felt sperm swimming around. They can't be seen except by microscope. No way did you feel them moving around in there. It's not possible. Sorry.

If you were having a miscarriage, you would still trigger a positive on a pregnancy test. You're experiencing a period.

If you want to get pregnant, google "ovulation". You have to have sex at the right time in order to get pregnant.

Good luck.

bleeding the day after sex does not signal miscarrige nor can you even be pregnant yet, to be actualy pregnant it takes a day (i think) for the sperm to meet the egg then about at least a weeks (i think) for the egg to implant into the uterin wall, then you are pregnant

this sounds like just a normal period, with normal pms symptoms (breast tenderness, cramps, etc) even if you didnt use to have pms symptoms you can most deffinantly change

in my very (un)professional opinion you are not, and were not, pregnant

please dont take offence to this but, if you are this clueless about how pregnancy happens you should go do a little research before you even try, i knew this kind of stuff when i was in 5th grade

i agree with both of the above posters, and wanted to add that a blood test the day after having sex wouldn't have produced a positive result.

i guess maybe you didn't understand what i meant by "swimming"...so let's just say i don't spend my time on health posts that are suppose to "HELP" others understand certain issues of their body..rather you knew things back in 5th grade compared to what i know now..that doesn't make a difference...i'm not dumbfounded when it comes to pregnancies..more so on here to see if another experienced the same as myself..so if you didn't know what i was talking about than why respond??? and put your one cent in???

and STDS...i would have mentioned that if i felt the need or if i ever had one but God has blessed me not too...so quite frankly..don't judge me by the age i lost my virginity..if i was vulgar..i would really tell you about yourself..thanks but NO THANKS to all the advice (not sure what advice you gave)

excuse me but these girls were in no way being rude to you.you said you could feel teh sperm "swimming"in you.there is no way in hell you could feel that sort of thing so they stated a fact.if you can't handle the truth then why don't you quit posting or post so people can understand.and no one was knocking you for having sex at 12.they simply suggested you go get tested for std;s,as they would with anyone who has had unprotected sex.

*if* someone wanted to be mean, they would tell you to keep your legs closed dummba$s!Maybe your not ready for a baby yet.you should try and grow up first Laughing

Excuse me?

You came on here asking if you could be pregnant or if you could be experiencing a miscarriage. We told you no, and explained why. You also said you could feel your man's sperm swimming around inside of you, and we explained why that isn't possible. You said you've been engaging in unprotected sex for, what, 9 years now? We suggested that you get an .s.t.d test to make sure you're healthy. You mentioned you wanted to become pregnant and didn't understand why you haven't been yet, and we suggested that you become familiar with ovulation, since the fertile window is only open for 72 hours or so.

Where do you come off getting offended by all that? We can only go off what you tell us, and we base our advice around that. If you're going to get pissed off from that, then fine. But our advice was solid.

Have a good day. Or not. Whatever.

i agree with everything else everyone has said, you said every comment would help but then when we tell you the facts you want to get rude about it because it's not what you want to hear..

you want to hear that you're pregnant?

fine then, you're pregnant.

happy?

Wow...
She is something...you girls are sweet to care and give advise and I wish people would simply appreciate it and not be so rude and crazy. I think you just got a case of what is called "must grow up". Good luck with that.
