I used to miss one day quite often and never ended up pregnant. If you miss more than one day I would worry, but usually just one day won't cause a pregnancy. At least it never did for me. But it could be different for every woman.

i don't think missing 1 pill is a big deal. did you take 2 the day you realized it?

It is highly unlikely you'd be pregnant. It takes longer than 24 hours for your body to decide to ovulate. Keep taking your pills as scheduled and if your period doesn't show, take a test. Other than that, don't worry.

no cause my package says not to take 2 the day u realise it. it says to spread it out and to take the pill u missed as soon as u realise unless you are sposta take a new pill for another day at that time.. so i couldnt..

like the other have said missing one or two pills is unlikely to get you pregnant. i miss my pills all the time and never get pregnant..this month alone i missed 3 pills and made them up and sure enough my period was right on time...

missing one pill wouldnt get you preggo. she either missed more than one pill or the pill just wasnt effective contraception for her. for some people it works, for others it doesnt.
