After races i am in so much abdomen pain that i literally get sick. I have to lie in fetal position for about 20 minutes before i can move. i don't know what is causing this pain, but for a high endurance athlete it's not fun. The pain goes away after i lie down and get sick, but i have no idea what is causing this problem.

Does anyone know what it is and or how to help?! Crying or Very sad

Trust me, you need TO SEE A DOCTOR RIGHT AWAY!
This aint something that you should ask around or think for any amount of time about! Get professional help! It could be a hernia! Or maybe not. BUT STILL! See a doctor! Please!
